We present you a list of super foods you probably never heard of and you probably don’t even know their benefits for your health.

Golden berries – are dried fruits like dried apricot. They are also called Incan berries. In 100g of boiled mung bean there are 105kcal, 0,38g fats, 7,02g protein, 19,15g carbohydrates and 7,6g of fiber. Sprouts mung beans contain 30 kcal per 100g, 0.18 g fat, 3.04 g protein, 5,94g carbohydrates and 1.8 g dietary fiber.

Nori algae – The most important feature of nori seaweed is that it contains plenty of vitamin A, even 2-4 times more than in the same amount of carrots. Nori algae has an extremely high amount of quality protein (twice the same amount of beef steak). Nori seaweed is rich in vitamins B and C, calcium, iron, niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B12, which helps the nervous system and lowers cholesterol. Nori algae contains oils that prevent hardening of the arteries and taurine (an amino acid which reduces blood pressure). Nori successfully helps in the treatment of beriberi disease.
