It could not be easier! Eat only raw vegetables, fruits, seeds, sprouts and nuts, plus some healthy oils and honey. Drink only water, fresh juices and smoothies.

Breakfast

The perfect time for breakfast is between 7 am and 9 am.

Start the day with two glasses of water and a slice of fresh lemon. This is a perfect way to clean the body. Drink slowly and empower the absorption of nutrients. Try to drink juice mixes in the morning. Plain juices are welcome too, but the nutrition of the smoothies is more powerful in the morning.

Lunch

The perfect time for lunch is between 12 pm and 2 pm.

This should be the most extensive meal of the day with a lot of greens, salads, seeds and vegetables.

Dinner

The perfect time for dinner is between 6 pm and 8 pm.

The golden rule of healthy and fit body says: never eat after 8 o’clock in the evening. Whatever you eat after this time, it will remain in your body. This will empower fermentation and it will be turned into fat. Try to eat healthy fats for dinner. Eat lighter and smaller portions! Your body needs to heal and rest during the night.

Drink at least two liters of water during the day. It is preferable to drink more in the morning.
