Radish should be consumed as soon as the first signs of infection appear. It is most commonly used for disorders of the liver and gallbladder. The juice of black radish stimulates bile production. With the help of ingredients of sulfur essential oils radish stimulates the secretion of mucus from the respiratory tract, causing the juice or syrup recommended for bronchitis, colds and coughs.

The favorable ratio of minerals, such as potassium and sodium, it has diuretic properties and removes excess water from the body and cholesterol from the organism, so that the edema disappears. The ratio of calcium and phosphorus makes it possible to fully utilize calcium. Radish has a plenty of vitamin C, as well as vitamin B group. This type of radish breaks hard fat deep within the body.
