This is not a magic formula, the thing is very simple – forget about fatty foods and carbohydrates! From Monday to Saturday you should not eat carbohydrates, on Sunday you should consume them for breakfast and lunch. Then, on Monday do it all over again.

Of course, you can choose any day of the week to start this process, it is important that for 6 days you do not include carbohydrates in your meal. The seventh day is for relaxation, and then you just repeat the whole process until you get to the desired weight.

You can eat:

Any type of meat – pork, lamb, poultry or fish can be consumed in unlimited quantities. The method of preparation is optional, but you will get the best results if you eat boiled or grilled meat. Fried meat will not harm your diet, but it can affect the health condition (high cholesterol, problems with high blood pressure, etc…)

Dairy products – You can eat dairy products, but choose those with fewer carbohydrates. Also, do not eat too much of these foods: cottage cheese, cheese and yogurt. As for yogurt, half a liter per day should be the maximum.

Green vegetables – All green vegetables like: cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, zucchini, asparagus, celery, spinach, arugula… Consume everything green (except peas), and include some other colors in your diet, such as tomato and peppers. Avoid vegetables like peas, beans and lentils.

Eggs – You can prepare them however you like and if you fry eggs add just a little oil – a maximum one tablespoon of oil.

Nuts – Almonds, walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts… The consumption of these foods also has a limit – a handful a day.

Water is a very important! You should drink at least 2.5 liters throughout the day.

Do not eat the following:

Any cakes and pasta – anything made with flour.

Fruit, except lemon

Sodas, alcohol

Snacks, sweets

Sugar in any form

You should use the first list for 6 days. On the seventh day you can include in your breakfast and lunch: pasta, potatoes, rice, everything except sweets. If you have a strong desire for sweets then have a tablespoon of honey or a couple of integral biscuits. Then you go back again to the first day and eat everything from the first lists and forget about the carbohydrates.

However, you should talk to your doctor before switching to this mode of nutrition, especially if you have health problems.
