Colorful vegetable salads are a great way of bringing a variety of nutrients to your body, without excess calories. Make a variety of combinations and play with the necessary antioxidants, vitamins, potassium, fiber and other nutrients.

CHEW YOUR FOOD WELL

If we chew food longer we eat slowly and eat smaller amount of food. The body needs at least 15 minutes to realize it is full. It often happens that our eyes are hungrier than the stomach so if we eat quickly we will intake more food than we actually need.
