Four excellent, extremely healthy ways to refresh yourself with something very delicious! Turmeric, in combination with other healthy ingredients, has anti-inflammatory properties and contributes to the elimination of fungi, bacteria, viruses, etc.
You will need: 1 cup coconut milk, ½ cup pineapple and mango pieces, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ginger powder and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and grind until you get a smooth mass. It is recommended to drink this smoothie in the morning, before breakfast.
You will need: 3 cups spinach leaves, 2 cups pineapple pieces, 0,5l of coconut (or plain) water, juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of turmeric.
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smoothie. If too thick, you can add a little more coconut water, and if you like your smoothie to be sweeter, you can add a couple of pitted dates to the mixture.
You will need: 1 medium carrot, 1 orange, 1 pear, 1 small banana, ¾ cup soy milk, 2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger, 2 teaspoons of turmeric.
Peel and cut the orange into quarters, peel and slice the banana, grate the carrot, slice the pear and insert all the ingredients in a blender and grind.
You will need: 1 cup coconut (almond, soy) milk, 2 small bananas, ½ teaspoon of ginger powder, 2 teaspoons of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of honey, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Put all ingredients in a blender and grind until you get a creamy mass. You can keep this smoothie for several days in the fridge.
