What can you make of beetroot
Beetroot is usually cooked or pickled. It is often eaten raw and mostly grated, in salads.
Salad for a stronger stomach
Grate one large beet and one smaller celery root. Add salt, one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and olive oil and sprinkle with ground cumin. Ultimately mix it all together with sour cream and parsley.

You will need: 1 kg of carrots, 1 kg of beetroot, 1 kg of lemon, 3.5 liters of cold water, 3.5 kg of sugar and 100 grams of citric acid powder.
Peel the carrots and beets, cut lemon into thick slices and remove the seeds. Take carrots, beets and lemon (with peel), and grind them with the meat machine, add citric acid powder and sugar, mix it and add water.
Stir well, cover and let stand for about 24 hours. Strain through clean cheesecloth, pour into sterilized bottles, close and keep it in the fridge.
