It is based on very strict rules and restrictions that can help you not only lose unwanted pounds, but also to boost the metabolism and reduce cellulite. The key to success of Danish diet is in significant reduction in the consumption of fats and carbohydrates and low calorie intake of about 600 kcal a day. This diet prohibits certain types of fruit, potatoes, sugar, pasta and cereal products and recommends moderate consumption of eggs, meat, salads, fish and coffee.
